DPW 2023-01 - Purchase and Installation of Two Desiccant Dryers

The Town of New Castle is seeking bids for the purchase and installation of two (2) Desiccant Dryers to be installed at the Town of New Castle Millwood Water Treatment Plant.  Proposals must include the removal of existing Henkel/Emery units and installation of new units, plumbing connections, attachment of units to concrete pads, and equipment start-up and commissioning.  The Town will provide electrical connection.  Bid price shall include the services of a factory trained representative for a period of not less than four (4) hours to instruct Water Plant personnel in the proper operation and maintenance of the Desiccant Dryers.  Arrangements for a site visit may be made by contacting the Assistant Plant Manager Paul Steier at (914) 944-0036, or by email at psteier@mynewcastle.org.
