The Contractor shall perform the maintenance, furnish all labor, equipment,
materials and supplies for the routine removal of snow and ice from certain sidewalks in the
Chappaqua Hamlet Parking District in the Town of New Castle as designated as area 1 on the
attached map and highlighted in red. (This includes Sections of North Greeley Avenue, King
Street and lower King Street, South Greeley Avenue and Woodburn Avenue). This area includes
a minimum of +/- 45,931 square feet.
