REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
TOWN OF NEWBURGH
For the Construction of Four (4) Pickleball Courts
The TOWN OF NEWBURGH is seeking bids for the construction of
four (4) new Pickleball Courts at our Monarch Drive Park site.
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain sealed
proposals from qualified firms for the construction of four (4) new
pickleball courts.
Sealed proposals from interested vendors must be received by the
Town Clerk no later than 3:00 pm on Friday, June 25, 2021 at the
Town Clerk’s Office located at the Town of Newburgh Town Hall
located at 1496 Route 300, Newburgh, New York 12550.
Bid specifications will be available at the Town Clerk’s Office located
at 1496 Route 300, Newburgh, New York, Monday through Friday
from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Bid specifications can also be obtained
electronically by contacting the Town Clerk at 845-564-4554 or
at town-clerk@townofnewburgh.org.
The right is reserved, as the interests of the Town of Newburgh,
in judgement of the Supervisor and Town Board may appear,
to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality in proposals
received and to accept or reject any items of any proposal.
