NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for the Meadow Hill Relief Sewer Force Main Cleaning and CCTV Inspection will be received by the Town of Newburgh at the office of the Town of Newburgh Clerk, 1496 Route 300, Newburgh, NY 12550, until 2:00 PM on 1 March 2022 and then at said place be publicly opened and read aloud.
Copies of the Information for Bidders, Bid Forms and Specifications may be obtained at the Office of the Town of Newburgh Clerk. Bids must be submitted on official forms and in sealed envelope at the above address and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder, designation of the Bid Item exactly as specified above and “Town of Newburgh”.
A pre-bid walk-through will be held on 15 February 2022 at 11:00AM at the Comminutor Site.
The Town of Newburgh reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to re-advertise for new bids. Bids shall be awarded in accordance with General Municipal Law Section 103.

Work will involve the cleaning and CCTV inspection of 1800+/- lineal feet of 4-6 inch force main , bypass pumping , disposal of all effluent/debris , CCTV inspection of the existing force main , provide inspection records in digital and hard copy . Note portions of the main may be 4 inch pipe under the NYS Thruway . no access to Thruway is allowed . access is provided to the force main via three cleanout manholes . pre bid walkthrough will be held at 11am Tuesday 15 Feb 22 from the comminuter site . Additional information is included in the RFP documents .
