Summary of Specifications:
The Town of Wallkill is issuing this Request for Proposals to construct and design a new salt storage structure that meets the current and future needs of the Town. The location selected is at the Department of Public Works facility located at 860 Route 17M, Middletown, NY 10940 in the vicinity of the existing structure. Storage capacity required is approximately 4,000 tons and the loader portal should provide an elevated loading floor height three (3) feet higher than the truck floor height.
