TA-24-11 - TA-24-11 Senior Center Renovations

The Town of Mamaroneck proposes to renovate the interior and exterior of the Town Senior Center located at 1288 Boston Post Road, Larchmont, NY 10538. Replacement of flooring, wall, door, lighting and ceiling finishes in the Center’s Activity Room, Foyer, and Front Porch will be completed as part of the interior aspect of the project. The current heating and cooling units will be replaced with a new HVAC system. Exterior work will include the replacement of roof, siding, windows, railing, and exterior doors.  The renovations are subject to all applicable codes adopted by New York State pertaining to building construction, HVAC, and mechanical work.
