Bids must be made utilizing the stated proposal form, in the manner designated therein and as required by the Specifications and must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the job and name and address of the bidder on the outside, addressed to: Marlborough Town Clerk, clearly marked on the outside: “Bid for Town of Marlborough Community/Rec Center Phase 1: Asbestos Abatement”.

Bids shall be received until 2:00pm, prevailing time, on Friday February 11, 2022. Bid Documents will be received by the Town Clerk, located at 21 Milton Turnpike, Suite 200, Milton, NY 12547 no later than 2:00pm Friday February 11, 2022, after which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Town Hall Meeting Chambers, and shall also be viewable via ZOOM (https://zoom.us/join Meeting ID: 844 6189 8237 Passcode: 457282).
