All proposers are encouraged to attend a site visit with the Town’s staff and consultants on Friday, August 2, 2024, at 10:00 AM. The site visit will begin near the Ryder Park tennis courts. All proposers are also free to examine the project site during normal working hours prior to the proposal due date.

All requests for proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Vendor and marked “Town of Ossining RFP for a Multi-Sports Court at Ryder Park.” An electronic copy of the proposal should additionally be submitted to the Town Clerk via email to sdonnelly@townofossining.com by the deadline.
