Separate sealed Bids completed on forms provided with the Bidding Documents will be received by the Town Clerk, Town of Wappinger, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590 until 11:00 a.m. (local time) on August 31st, 2018 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “SCHLATHAUS PARK BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT”.
The Bidding Documents may be reviewed at and obtained from the office of the Town Clerk, Town of Wappinger, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590 on or after August 3rd 2018. Pursuant to the provisions of GML 102, persons requesting a CD containing the bid documents may obtain them at no charge.
Contract Documents obtained from any other source are for information only and the Bidder is advised that it assumes the responsibility of errors that may be a result of using such documents.
