Description

The Village of Croton-on-Hudson (the “Village”) wishes to develop a “labor only” contract for the
construction of the EMS addition at the Harmon Firehouse. The Village’s objective is to provide all
materials necessary (except for concrete forms) to the contractor in order to compete the work
described on the approved plans. While drawings for the entire addition are included in this bid
packet, the contractor should only consider the following work in their price: footings,
foundation walls, first floor slab, second floor slab, and exterior wall veneer brick system.
