Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bids will be received by the Village of Port Chester until 10:00 a.m. local time on Monday, February 14, 2011 at the Office of the Village Clerk, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York 10573, at which time and place said sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing the equipment to perform the following: 2011 Backhoe.
No bids will be received or considered after the time stated above.
Specifications and Bid Proposal Forms may be procured at the Office of the Village Clerk, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chster, New York on Monday, February 7th at 9:00 am local time.
Bids can also be obtained by sending a request via email to Elisa Sciarabba, Assistant to the Village Manager at esciarabba@portchesterny.com.
A bid bond, certified check or bank check, or cash in the amount of 5% of the bid must accopany the bid proposal.
All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and clearly marked "2011 Backhoe."
