NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed submissions will be received by the Village of Port Chester at the Office of the Village Clerk, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York 10573 on a rolling basis beginning February 24, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. and publicly opened and read aloud and thereafter on each successive Friday through December 29, 2023 at the same time with regard to the following.
BUILDING DEPARTMENT THIRD PARTY PLAN REVIEW PROGRAM
The Request for Qualifications/Proposals may be obtained at the Village Clerk’s Office, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (except legal holidays) and are available on the Village of Port Chester’s website at www.portchesterny.gov
All submissions must be submitted by hard copy AND by electronic format (ex: CD or USB flash drive: E-mail is not an acceptable format or method of transference) in a sealed envelope clearly marked:
“RFQ/RFP #2023-01 BUILDING DEPARTMENT
THIRD PARTY PLAN REVIEW PROGRAM”
Failure to comply with these requirements shall result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive.
The Village Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions and to waive any informalities at its discretion in a manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Village of Port Chester. Your cooperation in adhering to the procedures outlined above and contained within the specifications is greatly appreciated.
