Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bids will be received by the Village Board, Village of Port Chester, New York, at the office of the Village Clerk, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, NY 10573, until 10 a.m. prevailing time on Wednesday, November 9, 2011, and immediately thereafter the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the said office. No proposals will be accepted after said time and date. The work consists of the installation of new concrete pavement, curbs, catch Basins, HPDE pipes and asphalt pavement. The work is more fully described in the Specifications and on the Contract Plans. Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents may be obtained as of Friday, October 21, 2011 at the Village of Port Chester, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, NY 10573, upon payment of a deposit of $50.00 for each set. This deposit will be refunded to bidders and non-bidders who return said Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents in good condition within 10 days after receipt of Bids
