COLUMBUS PARK SYNTHETIC TURF REPLACEMENT
BID 2021-08
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Village of Port Chester until 3:00 pm local time on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at the Office of the Village Clerk, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York 10573, at which time and place said sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following:
“COLUMBUS PARK SYNTHETIC TURF REPLACEMENT”
No bids will be received or considered after the time stated above.
The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of the synthetic turf/infill system and associated site work. Work also includes new player’s benches and restoration of the site.
Federal funds are utilized on this project and are subject to all the applicable requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents are available via download from the Village of Port Chester Website at www.portchesterny.com as well as Empire State Purchasing Group, www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york.
A bid bond, certified check or bank check in the amount of 5% of bid must accompany the bid proposal.
All bids must be submitted by hard copy AND by electronic format (ex: CD or USB flash drive: E-mail is not an acceptable format or method of transference) in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

The Board of Trustees of the Village of Port Chester reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities at their discretion, and to award contracts in a manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Village of Port Chester even if such award is to other than the lowest bidder.
