REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
COMPREHENSIVE ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE & EQUIPMENT SERVICES
RFP #2022-01
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Village of Port Chester, New York in the Village Clerk's Office, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York 10573, for Comprehensive Elevator Maintenance & Equipment Services. The date and time by which Proposals are to be submitted is March 10, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. local time, after which date and time no proposals will be accepted.
The Request for Proposals will be available at 09:00 am on February 18, 2022 at the Village Clerk's Office, 222 Grace Church Street, First Floor, Port Chester, New York. The office is open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday (except legal holidays). It will also be available via download from the Village of Port Chester website at www.portchesterny.com.
All proposals must be submitted by one hard copy AND by electronic format (ex: CD or USB flash drive: E-mail is not an acceptable format or method of transference) in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

COMPREHENSIVE
ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE & EQUIPMENT SERVICES
No proposer may withdraw his or her proposal within forty-five (45) days after the closing date/time for receipt of the proposal.
If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP, or if additional data or information is necessary to clarify any of its provisions, a written addendum will be issued.
The Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any procedural irregularity, and make multiple awards if in the best interest of the Village of Port Chester
