NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Village of Port Chester until June 2, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at the Office of the Village Clerk, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York 10573, at which time and place said sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following:

MASTER TRANSPORTATION STUDY

No proposals will be received or considered after the date and time stated above.
The Request for Proposals may be obtained at the Village Clerk’s Office, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00pm Monday through Friday (except legal holidays) and are available on the Village of Port Chester’s website at www.portchesterny.gov

All bids must be submitted by hard copy AND by electronic format (ex: CD or USB flash drive: E-mail is not an acceptable format or method of transference) in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

“RFP #2022-04 MASTER TRANSPORTATION STUDY”

Failure to comply with these requirements shall result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive.

The Village Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities at its discretion, and to award a contract in a manner deemed to be in the best interest of the Village of Port Chester even if such award is to other than the lowest proposer. Your cooperation in adhering to the procedures outlined above and contained within the specifications is greatly appreciated.
