NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Village of Port Chester at the Office of the Village Clerk, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York 10573 until July 8, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at which time and place sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following:
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING AND PLANNING CONSULTING SERVICES
The Request for Proposals may be obtained at the Village Clerk’s Office, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (except legal holidays) and available on the Village of Port Chester’s website at www.portchesterny.gov starting on June 14, 2022.
All proposals must be submitted by hard copy AND by electronic format (ex: CD or USB flash drive: E-mail is not an acceptable format or method of transference) in a sealed envelope clearly marked:
“RFP #2022-06 PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING AND PLANNING CONSULTING SERVICES
Failure to comply with these requirements shall result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive.
The Village Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities at its discretion or to make multiple awards in a manner deemed to be in the best interest of the Village of Port Chester. Your cooperation in adhering to the procedures outlined above and contained within the specifications is greatly appreciated.
