NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Village of Port Chester at the Office of the Village Clerk, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York 10573 on a rolling basis. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud every Friday beginning June 10, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. and then every week thereafter on the same day/time through the remainder of the 2022 calendar year, unless a legal holiday or the village offices are closed, for the following:

The Request for Qualifications/Proposals may be obtained at the Village Clerk’s Office, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (except legal holidays) and are available on the Village of Port Chester’s website at www.portchesterny.gov
All proposals must be submitted by hard copy AND by electronic format (ex: CD or USB flash drive: E-mail is not an acceptable format or method of transference) in a sealed envelope clearly marked:
“RFQ/RFP #2022-01 BUILDING DEPARTMENT
THIRD PARTY PLAN REVIEW PROGRAM”
Failure to comply with these requirements shall result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive.
The Village Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities at its discretion, and to make an award to multiple proposers in a manner deemed to be in the best interest of the Village of Port Chester. Your cooperation in adhering to the procedures outlined above and contained within the specifications is greatly appreciated.
