REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR STRUCTURED CABLING, RACKS AND ASSOCIATED ELECTRICAL WORK FOR DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
RFP #2020-06
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Village of Port Chester, New York in the Village Clerk's Office, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York 10573, for Structured Cabling, Racks and Associated Electrical Work for the Department of Information and Technology Services. The date and time by which Proposals are to be submitted is Friday, April 3, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. local time, after which date and time no proposals will be accepted.
The Request for Proposals will be available at 9:00 am on Friday, March 20, 2020 at the Village Clerk's Office, 222 Grace Church Street, First Floor, Port Chester, New York. The office is open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday (except legal holidays). It will also be available via download from the Village of Port Chester website at http://www.portchesterny.com/bids.
All proposals must be submitted by hard copy and on a USB flash drive in a sealed envelope clearly marked:
(Sealed Proposal) RFP 2020-06 Structured Cabling, Racks and Associated Electrical Work for the Department of Information and Technology Services
E-mailed or faxed proposals will not be accepted.
Proposers are encouraged to attend a pre-proposal site walk on or before March 27, 2020 at 12:00 noon. An appointment is required.
No proposer may withdraw his or her proposal within forty-five (45) days after the closing date/time for receipt of the proposal.
If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP, or if additional data or information is necessary to clarify any of its provisions, a written addendum will be issued.
The Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any information in the proposals received, engage in post-bid negotiations and award the bid to the most qualified proposal that is in the best interest of the Village of Port Chester.
