VILLAGE OF PORT CHESTER
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP 2013-3) TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, FINANCIAL SERVICES AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Village of Port Chester Industrial Development Agency, Attention Constance Phillips, Secretary, 222 Grace Church Street, Suite 202, Port Chester, New York 10573, for Technical Assistance, Financial Services and Economic Development. Proposals must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 16, 2013 after which time and date no proposals will be accepted.
Specifications may be obtained at the Village Clerk’s Office, 222 Grace Church Street, First Floor, Port Chester, New York between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday (except legal holidays) and are available on the Village of Port Chester’s website at www.portchesterny.com.
All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked:
(Sealed Bid) RFP 2013-3 Technical Assistance, Financial Services and Economic Development
No proposer may withdraw his/her proposal within forty-five (45) days after the closing date/time for receipt of the proposal.
If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP, or if additional data or information is necessary to clarify any of its provisions, a written addendum will be issued.
The Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any information in the proposals received, engage in post-bid negotiations and award the bid to the most qualified proposal that is in the best interest of the Village of Port Chester.
