The work to be performed under this Contract and in accordance with the specifications consists of the furnishing of all equipment, superintendents, labor, skill, material and all other items necessary to rehabilitate sections of the Village of Rye Brook manholes & sanitary sewer equipment throughout, as specified and required for a completely functional system. This includes, but is not limited to:
Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, preparatory cleaning, television inspection and cured-in-place pipe lining; bypass pumping; rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes; traffic control; and all other appurtenant work and cleanup necessary to complete the Work. The Work shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the State of New York for work occurring on Village Roads. The Contractor shall be responsible to obtain any permits required by the State of New York.
