Summary of Specifications:
The Village of Rye Brook is soliciting bids for the construction of traffic improvements required for safety of motorists at the intersection of North Ridge Street and King Street (State Highway Route 120A). Specification Book containing all information for project requirements and bid sheets with all required pages filled out shall be submitted no later than 11:00 a.m. local time on April 4, 2016 to Rye Brook Village, 938 King Street, Rye Brook, NY 10573.
Please submit this entire book in person or via FedEx. This is an emergency contract with an urgent time schedule to complete the work.
The bids will be awarded by April 5, 2016. Required insurances and bonds shall be provided and contract signed by no later than April 8, 2016 and work started no later than April 11, 2016. All construction shall be completed as soon as possible but no later than April 29, 2016.
The Specification Book shall be in a sealed envelope bearing the following statement: Christopher Bradbury, Village Administrator EMERGENCY BID RESPONSE Village of Rye Brook 938 King Street Rye Brook, New York 10573
Each Proposal shall be made on the Bid Sheets included herein as one of the Contract Documents. The Contractor's Proposal shall be submitted in this bound Contract Documents book including all original forms. Any deviation shall be grounds for disqualification of his / her response.
