The Village of Rye Brook is assisting The Port Chester – Rye Brook Library (Library) in preparing this proposal for work as listed. The final decisions and payment will be through the Library. The Library reserves the right to reject any and all proposals that do not meet the attached specifications. Award may be to other than the lowest responsible party should it be deemed in the Libraries best interest. Library reserves the right to waive any informalities, omissions, excess verbiage, or technical defects in the RFP, if, in the opinion of the Library Board it would be in their best interest to do so.
Contractors in submitting their proposal are to provide for a complete and fully functioning system including but not limited to permitting, health department reports, removal and install of tank, safety controls, piping, restoration of site etc. A Site visit is planned for Tuesday June 1, 2021 at 2pm, Attendance is highly recommended.
Project is NON PREVAILING WAGE
Contractors are responsible to verify existing and future tank sizes, dimensions, depths, heights, remaining product etc.
Proposals shall be Emailed COMPLETE to Michal J. Nowak, Superintendent of Public Works Rye Brook on or before 12:00 P.M. June 7, 2021.
