Important Note to Vendors:
To enter into an agreement to have periodic maintenance services performed on generator equipment at Village-owned facilities, more specifically described below. Term of the agreement is for (1) year with an option to renew by Village for one (1) additional year at same price. There shall be two (2) site visits per year at each location listed below, per scheduled appointment with Superintendent of Public Works or designee. Each service visit will include all items listed in Attachment A, see attached. Also, once a year, service will include one (1) oil analysis and one (1) coolant analysis per year. A service report shall be submitted after each bi-annual service inspection. Contractor shall notify Village if additional repairs/service is required, not specifically listed in Appendix A. The charge for other maintenance services and items shall be invoiced separately. Also, Village may contact contractor for additional maintenance services based on an hourly basis, Monday thru Friday 7:00 AM-3:30PM, or on an overtime hourly basis for all other times.
A generator maintenance service agreement will be required to be executed before serivce work commencement.
