All proposals must be received and stamped by the Village of Scarsdale by 5:00 P.M. EST, September 30, 2010. Five (5) copies of the proposal shall be submitted to the attention of Justin Datino, Assistant to the Village Manager:

Packages containing proposals shall be sealed, bearing on the outside the respondent’s name and address and plainly marked:
“RFP: Traffic Engineering Services: Modern Roundabout at the Heathcote 5 Corners.” A pre-submission conference will be held Village Hall, 1001 Post Road, Scarsdale, New York 10583, on September 14, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. in the Trustee’s Room to review information and answer questions about the project. Questions about this RFP, submission requirements, technical questions regarding the Scope of Services, work product requirements and requests for any documents cited in this RFP must be in writing and directed to Justin Datino. All responses from Justin Datino will be in writing. Respondents are required to limit their contact with the Village regarding this RFP to the person named herein. All firms who are furnished a copy of this RFP but who decide not to offer a Proposal to the Village for this project are requested to submit a negative reply. Specific comments and observations are encouraged.
