Important Note to Vendors:
The undersigned, as bidder, declares that the only persons interested in this proposal, or the agreement proposed to be made, as principals, are as stated: that he/she has carefully examined the information pertaining thereto; and he/she proposes and agrees, if this proposal is accepted, that he/she will enter into an agreement with the Village of Scarsdale to furnish the items called for, in the manner and within the time prescribed for the following price(s) for the period of one year. Quotations are requested for furnishing the items described below in accordance with terms set forth herein.
TERMS Right is reserved to reject any or all quotations or to accept separate items unless this right is denied by the bidder. In submitting the above the vendor agrees that acceptance of any or all quotations by the Purchasing Office within ten (10) days constitutes an agreement. All quotations are exempt from state, local & federal taxes, federal ID 136007327.
The successful bidder shall agree that the items and quantities stated are only approximate. The Village reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities stated in the proposal. The quantities stated are only approximate and should be used by the bidder for pricing only. The Village also reserves the right not to purchase any of the items listed in the proposal in total or part. Actual items and quantities to be ordered will be issued in writing to the successful bidder.
