This quote is for the repair of the outdoor grill roof at the Girl Scout House, 31 Wayside Lane, Scarsdale, NY 10583.
The scope of work includes:
•TO REMOVE AND CART AWAY EXISTING LAYERS OF ROOF SHINGLES DOWN TO WOOD DECKING. •INSTALL FULL ICE SHIELD PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION OF NEW ROOF SHINGLES. •INSTALL ALUMINUM DRIP EDGE FLASHING ON ALL ROOF EVES AT THE GUTTER LINE AND ALONG ROOF RAKE EDGES. •HAND NAIL NEW CERTAINTEED LANDMARK LIFETIME ARCHITECTURAL STYLE ROOF SHINGLES. COLOR TO CHOSEN. •INSTALL MATCHING HIP AND RIDGE CAPS. •TO REPLACE ANY ROTTED 1x6 TONGUE AND GROVE PLANKS.
At an additional cost - TO REPLACE ANY ROTTED WOOD WITH NEW ½ INCH CDX PLYWOOD FOR A PER SHEET COST INSTALLED.
