Important Note to Vendors:
This proposal will be for all labor and material needed to furnish and installation of 1 new garage door, see specifications of door and motor below.

The cost of the door shall include new track, heavy-duty hardware, electric openers, interior switch (open/stop/close), and color to be white. Cost to include exterior electronic key pad.

Contractor to visit site (25 Ramsey Road, Facility Maintenance back garage) to verify size and familiarize with location and work. Contact Eric Gerringer at (914) 722-1150 to schedule an appointment.

All work shall be guaranteed and warranted for 1 year from date of installation.
