In submitting the above, the vendor agrees that acceptance of any or all quotations by the Purchasing Office within ten (10) days constitute an agreement. All quotations are exempt from state, local & federal taxes, federal ID 136007327. Prices subject to a term of 12 months. The Village reserves the right to award separate individual items included as part of this proposal to various bidders. The Village would do this if it determines awarding the proposal in part, to various bidders, would be in the best interest of the Village.
