NOTICE TO BIDDERS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Scarsdale, through its agent Mary Lou McClure, Village Treasurer, in the Village Hall, 1001 Post Road, Scarsdale, NY 10583 until 2:00 PM. on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at which time they will be opened and read aloud for performing various tree maintenance work in the Village of Scarsdale, as per specifications set forth therefore.
The necessary specifications and bid proposal form are available at the Office of the Superintendent of Public Works, 1001 Post Road Scarsdale, New York 10583.
A bid bond, certified check or bank check in an amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) must accompany the bid proposal.
The bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked "Bid for Tree Work, Contract VM # 1200" and sent to the Village Treasurer.
The Village of Scarsdale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award same in a manner it deems to be in the best interests of the Village of Scarsdale.
