Description

The Village of Mamaroneck (Village) is requesting proposals (RFP) for Professional Engineering Services for Third Party Review of Land Use Applications and Assistance to the Village for review of plans related Chapter 294 of the Village Code (Stormwater Management and Erosion & Sediment Control), site plans and other projects associated with private property development and village infrastructure.

Firms responding to this RFP must have similar experience in providing such services to municipalities. Firms responding should have experience with reviewing and interpreting zoning codes and familiarity with consistency reviews and Local Waterfront Revitalization Programs (LWRP) and experience with stormwater design including and experience with the New York State Stormwater Design Manual and various methods of stormwater design.
