2024-01 - Patriots Park Curbing

The Village of Tarrytown is seeking quotes from a licensed and qualified masonry contractor to install 165 linear ft of Belgian block curbing in the northwest corner of Patriots Park along the western edge of the interior roadway. Please see attached map and scope of work.
Village of Tarrytown staff will prepare the site for installation, procure the Belgian block and backfill the site following completion of work by the contractor.Refer to attached detail for scope of work. The contractor shall corrdinate with the Village for installation of the curb. All works shall be performed between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday. No additional compensation will be given for coordination with the Village. All bids received must be based on the utilization of NYS prevailing wage rates. 

The Village will host a site visit for contractors wishing to submit estimates on Monday, January 8 at 11am in Patriots Park, located on Broadway/ Rt. 9 in Tarrytown, NY.

The installation of the Belgian block curbing needs to be completed between February 12, 2024 and April 13, 2024.

Please submit an estimate for the work to Richard Slingerland, Village Administrator, administrator@tarrytownny.gov or 1 Depot Plaza, Tarrytown NY 10591 by January 12, 2024, 11:00 am.
