RFP-WC 45-09 - 2 Copiers for Warren County Clerk's Office

Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to obtain Cost per Copy bid prices for a Five (5) Year True Lease and Maintenance Service Plan for one New (Not Re-manufactured) Digital Coin & Bill Operated/Card Vend copier and one New Digital Account Tracking (Programmable, Reportable & Printable) Copier with options as outlined in the Detailed Specifications which follow. Copiers shall not be less than 33 pages per minute and shall be used in the Warren County Clerk’s Office at the Municipal Center. Copiers must have the capability of creating a quality copy of negative polarity documents (white print on black page). Please note, these copiers are mainly, public use, must be user friendly and require minimal training.
