ITB-WC 42-16 - Actuarial Services for Self-Insured Workers' Compensation Program

Summary of Specifications:
Warren County Self-Insurance Plan desires to contract with a Consultant who will work closely with the Self-Insurance Administrator to perform an independent actuarial analysis of the loss reserve (incurred but not reported) for the Plan on an every other year basis related to the Workers’ Compensation coverage. The estimates will be calculated as of the calendar year end. The Consultant will strive to understand both the current and historical operations of the County and changes in the Workers’ Compensation statute. The Consultant should have at least 4 years minimum experience providing this type of service to self-insured municipal Workers’ Compensation Plans.
