Summary of Specifications:
Warren County is seeking an experienced Certified Public Account/Consultant to: A. Provide an analysis of Warren County’s General Fund cash flow and unappropriated General Fund balance; B. Assist in devising a system for monitoring and projecting future cash flows and the unappropriated fund balance in the General Fund; C. Report to the Warren County Board of Supervisors on the Consultant’s findings; and D. Make recommendations to the Warren County Board of Supervisors on how to improve management of the County’s cash flow.
