Summary of Specifications:
This contract shall cover Bakery Products in two separate groups for both Warren and Hamilton County sites. Vendors may bid pricing for one or both groups and then choose which sites they wish to service for that group.
Group 1 shall include Countryside Adult Home, 353 Schroon River Road, Warrensburg, NY 12885; Warrensburg Mealsite, United Methodist Church, 175 Main St., Warrensburg, NY,12885; Warren County Sheriff’s Office, 1400 State Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845; Westmount Health Facility, 42 Gurney Lane, Queensbury, NY 12804; and Glens Falls Mealsite, at The Cedars, 35 Evergreen Lane, Queensbury, NY 12804.
The remaining seven (7) OFA Meal Sites will compose Group 2. The Warren County sites are located in Lake Luzerne, Chestertown, Johnsburg and Bolton Landing and the Hamilton County sites are located in Indian Lake, Long Lake and Wells. Any other designated County facility that may be added during the term of this bid will be added to the vendor serving the closest nearby site. Please see attached sheet for location of meal sites.
