Summary of Specifications:
INTENT: It is the intent of these specifications to secure a bid for Bakery Products as more fully set forth below.
SCOPE: This contract shall cover Bakery Products in two separate groups for both Warren and Hamilton County sites. Vendors may bid pricing for one or both groups and then choose which sites they wish to service for that group.
Group 1 shall include Countryside Adult Home / Warrensburg, 353 Schroon River Road, Warrensburg, NY 12885; Westmount Health Facility, 42 Gurney Lane, Queensbury, NY 12804; and Glens Falls Mealsite, at The Cedars, 35 Evergreen Lane, Queensbury, NY 12804. Please note that Warren County is currently in the process of selling Westmount Health Facility. If the facility is sold prior to the end of this bid, the County reserves the right to terminate the bid for said facility.
The remaining seven (7) OFA Meal Sites will compose Group 2. The Warren County sites are located in Lake Luzerne, Chestertown, Johnsburg and Bolton Landing and the Hamilton County sites are located in Indian Lake, Long Lake and Wells. Any other designated County facility that may be added during the term of this bid will be added to the vendor serving the closest nearby site. Please see attached sheet for location of meal sites.
