SCOPE OF WORK:
Bids will be received for furnishing “Bituminous Concrete” as follows:
Bituminous Concrete quoted in this proposal will be manufactured at the plant listed under “Plant Location”.
                        A)        F.O.B. Vendors Plant - Trucking of Bituminous Concrete shall be the responsibility of the Warren County Dept. Of Public Works or other County political subdivisions.

                        B)        F.O.B. Project Site - Vendor to furnish and deliver Bituminous Concrete containing Dolomitic/Limestone 1A aggregate to specific County project locations listed herein.

                        C)        Price per Ton in addition to F.O.B. vendors plant bid prices in (A) - to furnish and deliver Bituminous Material to other political subdivisions within the County of Warren without specific project locations.
