Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to describe the construction methods required for an in-place recycled base course up to a depth of sixteen inches (16"). These specifications are prepared for purposes of obtaining bids and having a successful bidder on call for cold in-place pavement recycling as described above for the Warren County Department of Public Works as needed and when requested. There is no minimum guaranteed amount of work hereunder. Payment shall be for only work and material requested by the Warren County Superintendent of Public Works.
