Plans and specifications may be examined and one (1) set for each contractor may be obtained for no charge at the offices of the Warren County Department of Public Works, 4028 Main Street, Warrensburg, NY, (518) 623-4141. Additional sets may be purchased for a non-refundable fee of $50.00. A maximum of two (2) sets may be provided to any one contractor. Bidders may inspect, at any time, the property upon which the construction is to occur.
