The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in the bid specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following:

The work under this contract consists of the selective demolition of a masonry chimney at the Warren County Municipal Center located at 1304 State Route 9, Lake George, New York, 12845. Once demolition is complete, the roof penetration will be capped in an approved manner, and EPDM roofing shall be installed and tied into the existing rubber roof.
