Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to have a contract with the successful bidder to rehabilitate existing bituminous-paved areas on the Warren County Highway System by using Cold In-Place Recycling Hammermill Method on an on-call basis for the Department of Public Works and its subdivisions. There is no minimum guaranteed amount of work hereunder. Payment shall be for only work and material requested by the Warren County Superintendent of Public Works.
