Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to describe the removal of asphaltic concrete pavement by cold milling in accordance with NYS DOT Specification 490.30 - Miscellaneous Cold Milling of Bituminous Concrete. These specifications are prepared for purposes of obtaining bids and having a successful bidder on call for the cold milling as described above for the Warren County Department of Public Works as needed and when requested. There is no minimum guaranteed amount of work hereunder. Payment shall be for only work and material requested by the Warren County Superintendent of Public Works.
