RFB-WC 29-11 - Cold Milling

Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE: 

The work covered under this contract includes furnishing all equipment and labor necessary to complete Cold Milling of bituminous concrete at designated locations in Warren County, New York in accordance with the requirements contained herein. 

All equipment furnished and work performed under this contract shall conform to Section 490 of the Standard Specifications (current edition) of the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT), except as noted herein or as directed by the Superintendent of Public Works or his designee. 

All material removed during the milling shall remain the property of the County. Trucks to haul away milled material shall be provided by the County at no cost to the Contractor.
