SCOPE:

The work covered under this contract shall include furnishing all equipment and labor necessary to perform milling of bituminous concrete pavement at a specified depth at designated locations in Warren County, New York in accordance with New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) Standard Specifications (current edition) except as noted herein or as directed by the Superintendent of Public Works or his designee (Owner).

The work shall include furnishing all equipment and labor necessary to perform Basic Work Zone Traffic Control in accordance with NYSDOT Standard Specifications (current edition) except as noted herein or as directed by the Owner.
