RFB-WC 57-13 - Concrete Pumping Equipment

Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to obtain the services of Concrete Pumping Equipment with operator to meet the requirements of various projects to be conducted by Warren County. These specifications describe the following equipment needed: 

• Trailer-Mounted Pump – a concrete pump capable of pumping concrete at a minimum rate of 8 C.Y. per hour, typically used for small applications of concrete (≤ 8 CY) or when the physical constraints of the site preclude the use of a pump truck. A minimum of 100 feet of hose shall be provided, and be capable of dispersing concrete into 3.5” x 3.5” opening. A power source shall be included. 

• Pump Truck – a pump/truck combination capable of pumping concrete at a minimum rate of 15 C.Y. per hour, typically used for large applications of concrete (> 8 CY) or to reduce application time. The pump truck shall be equipped with a boom capable of a minimum 50-foot horizontal reach and 16-foot vertical reach. A minimum of 100 feet of hose shall be provided, and be capable of dispersing concrete into 3.5” x 3.5” opening.
