Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this RFP is to obtain a consultant for the conceptual study of installation of fire sprinklers at the Westmount Health Facility. The existing facility does not have a sprinkler system that complies with recently updated Department of Health requirements. Warren County has been notified by the Department of Health that sprinklers must comply with the new requirements by 2013. The selected Consultant will conduct an initial Feasibility Study to determine a preliminary scope of work, project schedule and budgetary estimate for a complete installation.
