The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following:
Full depth pavement reconstruction and cold milling with HMA overlay. Work includes, but is not limited to installing concrete gutters, concrete drainage structures, culverts, erosion and sedimentation countermeasures, epoxy striping and WZTC.

Specifications are free of charge. Specifications will be emailed.
Specifications should be ready by Monday, May 8th. I will email sooner if I receive the final approved specifications before that.
