Attached, if interested, is an invitation to bid form (page 1) & a Notice to Bidders (pages 2-3) for WC 1-16 - County Highway Preservation Project (CR 17, 52 & 79), PIN 1760.03, Town of Queensbury, Warren County, NY. If interested please fill out the form (1st page) and email or fax back to our office. If emailing you may also email to my address shpurj@warrencountyny.gov (the form has Julie's email as well) either is fine. I will not have the CD's until earliest Tuesday, March 8th. If you plan on picking up the CD instead of our office mailing (free of charge) please call ahead to make sure the CD's are in. Sealed bids will be received by the Warren County Purchasing Department (3rd Floor, Human Services Building), 1340 State Route 9, Lake George, New York, 12845 until 2:00 pm, Tuesday, March 29, 2016, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The proposed project is located in the Town of Queensbury, Warren County. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: • Cold In-Place Recycling Asphalt Concrete • Production Cold Milling of Bituminous Concrete • Placing Top Course Hot-Mix Asphalt • Reflectorized Pavement Stripes • Work Zone Traffic Control
