Summary of Specifications:
INTENT: It is the intent of this proposal to secure a bid for Dairy Products per the attached specifications for various Warren and Hamilton County sites from May 1, 2011 through July 31, 2011.

SCOPE: This contract shall cover Dairy Products for both Warren County and Hamilton County sites. These include Countryside Adult Home, 353 Schroon River Road, Warrensburg, NY 12885, Warren County Sheriff’s Office, 1400 State Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845, Westmount Health Facility, 42 Gurney Lane, Queensbury, NY 12804 and all NINE Office for the Aging Meal Sites. Please see attached sheet for location of meal sites. Any other designated County facility that may be added during the term of this bid will be added to the vendor serving the closest nearby site.
